The Peron Naturaliste Partnership Inc. (PNP) is currently undertaking an investigation into the way in which people in the region value the coast. This is an important consideration for coastal hazard risk management in light of future climate change projections. The investigation will involve beach user surveys over the next 12 months. The City of Bunbury and a range of other stakeholders are supporting PNP with this project.
The study is focussed on 3 sites, one of which is Bunbury Back Beach, from around Wyalup-Rocky Point to Pendal Street, Bunbry.
